This review is long overdue but I just have to share about the amazing people at The Mocha Room. The Mocha Room opened their shop to my Girl Scout Troop to sell cookies during their first cookie season this year. They were so hospitable and accommodating which shows how much they care about the community. While there, I ordered a Caramel Macchiato , a few of the other Girl Scout parents also ordered coffee. All was fresh, hot, and delicious. I loved the paintings and decor which were vibrant and and colorful. I will be returning to patron The Mocha Room and highly recommend it if you’re looking for great coffee, a cozy atmosphere, and unmatched customer service!

Oh my god. Caleb was the best. I walk in the door and he's ready there to greet me. Once I get to the counter I can see behind it he is fighting off the loch Ness monster and serving me. He's so good at his job that nothing can bewilder him. Once I got my order taken he successfully got rid of the loch Ness monster and made my food. In the middle of making my waffles another one spawned and he got rid of that one faster and then I got my waffles. These waffles got 5 Big Booms. BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Caleb is excellent at his job and will go above and beyond for your food and safety. Caleb is the best person I have ever met.

I hosted an event in this space and the experience was INCREDIBLE! Ten out of Ten! Kayla was amazing to work with before and during the event. She helped me to think about things I might not have thought about otherwise. She even helped to move chairs and set up for the event. The service to our customers the night of the event was impeccable. We will definitely use this veteran owned, woman owned, Black owned venue for future events.

Cute coffee shop! Great atmosphere. Lots of flavors/options. The barista was training and made a mistake on our order which was promptly corrected. Top notch customer service and friendly staff. Will definitely be back when we’re in town again.

Wonderful experience! The Mocha Room was the perfect spot to host a Saturday afternoon workshop for about 14 teenagers. What made it great was the casual environment, access to a combination of chairs, tables, and comfy seating with flexibility to move items around to suit our meeting. They even provided a simple, portable mic system that helped everyone to hear the presenters. The owner and staff accommodated all of our requests, and the space felt like a giant living room--ample for small group breakaways, presenter's table, and refreshment table, yet intimate. I also appreciated that the coffee bar remained open for parents who remained. Although I didn't order coffee drinks while I was there, one of our young people became a big fan of their Italian sodas. I loved it!

Stopped in while in the area from our of town. We love Independent coffee shops and it was a bonus that this one is veteran owned. We both had lattes. Caramel Praline for me and Cinnamon Egg Nog for my wife. Both were excellent! The service was friendly and efficient as well. We would certainly return.

I had the pleasure of visiting the shop for the first time this week. I had a triple caramel pecan latte and it was delicious. Customer service was top notch and l loved all of the personal touches. From the personalized coffee sleeves to the featured local businesses, it was such an inviting experience. I’ll certainly be back again.
